Focus mode
Reorganize your list into In Progress, In Review, Up Next, and Everything Else, so the next action is always obvious.
Focus mode trades the full sorted list for a deliberate one. Toggle it in Settings and your issues regroup into four sections:
- In Progress: what you are actively doing.
- In Review: work waiting on others.
- Up Next: at most three issues, so "next" means next.
- Everything Else: collapsed by default, out of your eyeline.
With three or fewer issues the sections dissolve into a simple flat list; there is nothing to organize. Outside focus mode, issues sort by status first (In Progress, then Todo, Backlog, In Review, and so on), then by priority within each group.
